Ingredients
- pineapple1 cup, cubed
- banana1, thickly sliced
- peach1, sliced
- honey2 tbsp
- cinnamon powder1/4 tsp
- chopped almonds2 tbsp
Method
Toss
Toss the pineapple, banana and peach with the honey and cinnamon in a bowl until glossy. The honey helps the fruit caramelise and the cinnamon warms it, giving a sweeter, deeper flavour as it roasts.
Arrange
Spread the fruit in a single layer in the basket so each piece touches the hot air. Piling it up traps steam and the fruit turns to mush instead of catching golden, sticky edges.
Cook
Air fry at 180°C for 6 min, then gently shake the basket. Shaking turns the pieces so they colour on more than one side and the softer banana does not stick to the base and burn.
Air Fry
Air fry at 180°C for 4 min until the edges caramelize and turn sticky. Scatter the chopped almonds over just before serving so they stay crunchy against the soft, warm fruit.
