Ingredients
- Refrigerated biscuit dough1 tube
- Brown sugar1/3 cup
- Ground cinnamon1 tbsp
- Melted butter3 tbsp
- Cream cheese1/4 cup
- Icing sugar1/2 cup
Method
Cut the biscuits
Quarter each biscuit round and roll the pieces into rough balls. The irregular surfaces will catch the cinnamon mix and create craggy, caramelised edges.
Coat in cinnamon sugar
Dip each ball in melted butter, then roll it through the combined brown sugar and cinnamon. Make sure every piece is fully cloaked so no plain spots remain.
Layer in a tin
Stack the coated balls in a small greased cake tin that fits your basket, letting them nestle together. They will merge as they bake into a shareable pull-apart loaf.
Whisk the icing
Beat the softened cream cheese with icing sugar and a splash of water until smooth and just pourable. Set it aside so it is ready the moment the rolls come out.
Air-fry and drizzle
Air-fry at 165C for 14 minutes until the tops are bronzed and the centre springs back when pressed. Let it rest two minutes, then flood the warm loaf with cream cheese icing before pulling it apart.
